Paula Williamson, Principal Solicitor
Paula Williamson is a qualified solicitor, specialising in information law. She also has extensive experience in regulatory criminal proceedings and can therefore provide advice to clients who are involved in intervention or enforcement action by the information Commissioner.   
Paula advises a diverse range of clients from both the public and private sector as well as individuals and is an experienced and popular trainer in these areas. Paula and is currently retained by a large County Council as advisor in information law.   
As well as being a qualified solicitor, Paula holds a BSc in Economics and Politics and the Certificate in Data Protection and Freedom of information.   
An examiner in information law, Paula sits on the Information Systems Examinations Board (ISEB) Panels for both data protection and freedom of information. ISEB is the examination arm of the British Computer Society and these examinations arguably represent the industry standard for information management practitioners in every sector.
